Due to the nature of electronic distribution of information, services and materials Adept Media Limited have no liability (whether in contract or tort) for any losses, costs or damages resulting from or related to use of, or inability to use any information contained in our services or the provision of the services to the fullest extent to which such liability may be excluded or avoided by law. In no event shall Adept Media Limited be liable to you for perceived or actual lost profits or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in relation to the provision of the services or the provision of information.
We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.
It is an express condition that any customer subscribing to any of our services is fully and legally entitled to do so and in the event that you apply for a subscription you hereby warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older as local gambling law dictates and that all information you provide about yourself whether in connection with an application or otherwise is true, accurate, current, complete and not misleading. You accept that if you are resident outside the UK, you must satisfy yourself that you are lawfully able to receive our services. All subscriptions and payments for said subscriptions are on a recurring basis. If we have not received payment for a subscription because we have not been updated with a change of details your subscription may lapse.
